In Israel: Cards can be picked up in Ra’anana.

In the US: Printed Purim cards are only available for local purchase in Teaneck, NJ at the following stores: Ma’adan, Cedar Market, Glatt Express, Judaica House, and Grand and Essex (Cards need to be purchased in the stores.)
